Nuwa mending the heavens legend
Echoes of redemption: Ancient tales pointing towards divine grace.

English Version

Ancient Chinese lore tells of Nüwa melting five-coloured stones to mend a fractured sky and rescue humanity from ruin. In another tale, Great Yu spent thirteen tireless years taming relentless floodwaters, passing his own doorstep thrice without stepping inside.

These cherished stories reflect an eternal yearning buried deep inside our hearts. We recognise instinctively that our world is fractured and that humanity cannot rescue itself without profound sacrifice.

Yet the true chasm in our universe is not a tear in the physical clouds, but the moral brokenness of our own sin. The Creator God—the ancient ShangDi—created us for unbroken harmony, but our rebellion separated us from His holy presence.

Humanity accumulated a spiritual debt of guilt and rebellion that no good deeds or mortal efforts could ever pay. The holy justice of God demands that the penalty of rebellion be met, and the wages of sin is spiritual death.

Herein lies the supreme wonder of God’s boundless love for you. He did not dispatch a mere emissary or demand human self-immolation; instead, God came down to earth in the person of Jesus Christ.

Even more extraordinary than the legendary myths, Jesus did not merely repair our earthly home. He offered His own sinless body upon the cross to absorb the full penalty of our guilt.

Upon Calvary, the precious blood of Jesus was poured out as full and final payment for every transgression. His physical agony and voluntary death satisfied divine justice, purchasing complete pardon and eternal life for all who believe.

Three days later, Christ shattered the dominion of the grave by rising bodily from death. He proved victoriously that sin and death have been conquered once and for all.

Today, the Saviour extends an open and tender invitation directly to your heart. You need not strive in vain to climb to heaven or bear your crushing guilt alone.

Come to Jesus Christ today, turn from your sins, and trust fully in His finished work upon the cross. Receive His boundless love, pardon, and peace into your life this very moment.

Versi Bahasa Melayu
